Sweep and Remove

Your Avayda service professional will ensure that your home is free of webs and insect nests around the full perimeter of your home from the foundation up to the first level of eaves.

Crack and Crevice Treatment

A B&G 1150 bulb duster will be used to apply an insecticidal dust into any cracks and crevices that are conducive to pest activity. This will provide multiple months of residual protection until our next treatment.

Foundation Perimeter Barrier

This full perimeter, water-resistant treatment will act as a barrier between your home and outside pests. It is applied up and out from the foundation and is seasonally tailored to provide a year-round pest defence.

Spot Treatment

Your Avayda service professional will treat any problem pest areas around potential out buildings, driveways, front and back yard areas including but not limited to stinging insects and any other common ant species located on your property.

Interior Protection

Our eco-friendly treatments target specific entry points into your home living areas that tend to attract pests. Low impact spot treatments of trouble areas in the home will also be treated upon request.

Mosquito and Tick Repel

Our treatment consists of an exterior application in the yard, shrubs and trees that will regulate mosquito activity and deter them from being on your property. Mosquito treatments are more frequent in the warmer months than standard pest control and can be added to any plan.
